Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented sales merchandiser to join our team. As a sales merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing sales in our clients' stores , analyze sales data to identify trends and collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop promotional strategies. You will also be responsible for efficiently displaying products at customers and constantly maintaining stock levels of our products
Locations:
We are hiring people for these locations: Rak/Ajman, Fujeirah/Khorfakkan, Sharjah, Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Al Ain.

Responsibilities:
-Reach minimum 3500 AED worth of sales daily (approx 800 packs)
-Manage inventory levels and sales at customer stores
-Ordering and restocking in conjunction with store managers as needed.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust in-store purchasing and inventory strategies accordingly
-Collaborating with sales and marketing departments to develop strategies to increase sales at the point of sale
-Monitor pricing and recommend price adjustments based on market trends and competitor analysis.
-Maintain effective display of our company's products at retail outlets in a manner that maximizes sales.
-Do market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
-Develop and maintain product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements:
-Preference to having Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
-2+ years of experience in merchandising or related field
-Deficient analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strength communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Knowledge of inventory management systems and software
-Firm proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Strength organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills
