Job Summary
We are looking for an Admin Accounts Assistant to provide support to our office. You will field phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork, and maintain relationships with our vendors. When necessary, you will also assist with payroll and accounts reconciliation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails from clients and vendors
- Send out invoices and settle accounts with vendors
- Keep track of spending
- Create regular spending reports
- Maintain files of bills and invoices

Requirements and Qualifications

- Preferred philippino female
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Administrative office experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
