We are looking for an experienced "CRM / Portal Specialist".
The role will involve in marketing and IT to ensure the portal's success and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling property portals like Property Finder, Dubizzle & Bayut.
- Maintain knowledge of all portal market place and continuous changes in industries.
- Keep all listings updated with information given by the agents.
- Maintain an efficient portal documentation system and assist agents in uploads and using of the portals.
- Available to join immediately.
- Strong Technical skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to the portal's performance and functionality.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices related to digital portals and recommend changes to improve the portal's performance.
- Ensure the portal's functionality.
- Proven experience in digital marketing including website development and optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's online presence remains competitive.
- Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities by generating qualified leads.
