Female Telecallers / Telesales Representative
2500 - 3500 AED Salary plus commission
Telephoning prospective or prevailing clients to inform them about properties in Dubai and International Properties using scripts. Responsive to queries about the company and services we offer. Probing customer requirements and close deals.

- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Demonstrated experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection especially with irate customers
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus and note useful information
