A Business Process Analyst is responsible for analysing and improving the operational processes of a company. The role involves identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline business operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Requirements

1. Analysing business processes: The Business Process Analyst must identify and document current business processes, collect data on performance, and analyse the data to identify areas for improvement.

2. Developing process improvement strategies: The Business Process Analyst should develop strategies to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

3. Recommending process improvements: The Business Process Analyst should recommend changes to business processes to improve performance, reduce errors, and improve quality.

4. Implementing process changes: The Business Process Analyst should oversee the implementation of process changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and trained on new processes.

5. Monitoring process performance: The Business Process Analyst should monitor the performance of business processes to ensure that changes are effective and sustainable.

6. Developing process documentation: The Business Process Analyst should develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, policies, and manuals.

7. Communicating with stakeholders: The Business Process Analyst should communicate with stakeholders across the organization to identify process issues, gather feedback, and provide updates on process improvements.

8. Providing training and support: The Business Process Analyst should provide training and support to employees on new processes, ensuring that they are able to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

9. Identifying opportunities for automation: The Business Process Analyst should identify opportunities for automation of business processes, working with IT teams to implement technology solutions that increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must have prior experience as Industrial Engineer or Process Analyst from any Auditing firm, or inhouse auditing department.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. They should have experience in process improvement and be able to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, they should be comfortable with technology and have the ability to identify opportunities for automation.

Salary AED 7000 -AED 9000

Location – Dubai Industrial City (DIC), frequent visit to sites and plants required.

Must have valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Preferred with experience in Constructions, mining, or waste management.
