We are looking for a people-focused administrator/coordinator to join our amazing HR team. Based in our Head Office, Dubai, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for employee annual, biannual and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, business travel, accommodation arrangements and transportation, if required.
- Maintaining both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions.
- Assist with attendance, payroll reports, leave settlements, deductions and communication with line managers.
- Administers medial insurance plan, including enrollments, changes and terminations and ensures accurate record-keeping.
- External communication with travel agencies for LPOs, monthly settlements.
- Provide employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer Letter, etc.
- Ensuring vendor relationships (e.g., third party travel agencies)
- Responsible for completing employee documents for payroll bank account opening and coordinate with bank representatives for the issuance.
- To be considered for this role, we are looking for fluent Arabic (read, write & speak) as well as strong English communication skills.
- You will be an expert in Excel and have strong organizational skills, comfortable handling multiple projects and tasks at once.
