Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager with a valid driving license and a strong background in property management to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing properties.
This role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as overseeing the day-to-day management of properties under our management portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring proper maintenance, repair, and tenant management.
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities as needed.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and manage rental payments, security deposits, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and real estate procedures.
- Maintain organized records of property transactions, client interactions, and financial transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on property management activities, occupancy rates, and rental income.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
