Our company is a group of pharmacies. We are currently looking for an General Accountant who is responsible for:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger accounts under the proper cost centre.
- Reviewing & monitoring POS collections received from all outlets on daily basis including credit card transactions
- Ensures records and documentations are in compliance with VAT Law.
- Deals with suppliers account queries via telephone, email and resolve queries promptly
- Suppliers’ accounts reconciliation and handles all accounts payables
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Cheque preparation for expenses & suppliers payment.
