Reservation Executive


 
  • Always has a consistently professional attitude
  • Able to handle any guest special request
  • Utilize marketing skills to make outbound call to regular guest during promotions
  • Working with sales & marketing to increase reservations
  • Handle online channels and Tour operator
  • Responsible for the best practice standard to include competitor analysis; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts
  • Ensure website booking process in maintained up to date and functional
  • Responsible for DTCM monthly statistics report.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with others.
  • Work with passkey to resolve interface issues to include accurate room pick up, duplicates, and reservations.
  • Respond to challenges and obstacles with confidence, team work and positive attitude
  • Provide excellent service and hospitality following the brand guidelines to both internal and external customer.
  • Assist in the daily review of Hotel Rate/Occupancy performance with focus on improving overall performance
  • Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with Housekeeping supervisor, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments.
  • To develop strong working relationships with all guests & clients in order to maximize sales opportunities and generate business for the future
  • Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations
  • Coordinate front office activities to ensure work updates are consistently maintained all correspondences promptly handled on the same day received.

Experience:Minimum 2 years working experience in Reservation Department

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
