- Responsible for the best practice standard to include competitor analysis; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts
- Ensure website booking process in maintained up to date and functional
- Responsible for DTCM monthly statistics report.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with others.
- Work with passkey to resolve interface issues to include accurate room pick up, duplicates, and reservations.
- Respond to challenges and obstacles with confidence, team work and positive attitude
- Provide excellent service and hospitality following the brand guidelines to both internal and external customer.
- Assist in the daily review of Hotel Rate/Occupancy performance with focus on improving overall performance
- Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with Housekeeping supervisor, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments.
- To develop strong working relationships with all guests & clients in order to maximize sales opportunities and generate business for the future
- Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations
- Coordinate front office activities to ensure work updates are consistently maintained all correspondences promptly handled on the same day received.
Experience:Minimum 2 years working experience in Reservation Department
