JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE/MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Actively participate in the venues search, engaging and maintaining relations with various parties involved (hotels, events companies, catering, etc.)
- Assist in the development of event schedule, content material, marketing collaterals, and more.
- Connect with the various service and product lines to create content material to present during events.
- Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports.
- Align with Corporate Communication Department to ensure branding guidelines are met at all stages.
