Sales Administrative Officer - Female [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing quotations for clients and doing regular follow-ups.
  • Reporting daily sales results to the Manager.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Booking meetings and ensuring that Sales representatives/Account Managers involved are in contact or well informed.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients.
  • Processing staff time sheets in the sales and operations department.
  • Cold-calling potential customers and selling the company’s products and services.
  • Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities required.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2+ years of administration experience.
  • Women are preferred.
  • Self-Driven and should be a quick learner.
  • Candidate should have excellent command, highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with Spouse/Parents sponsorship will be prioritized.
  • Candidates with visit visa can also apply.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
