IER FZCO is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s Workshop front desk receptionist. In this position, you will greet visitors and support employees with their day-to-day requirements. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones.
Your work location will be in JAFZA North, reachable by metro, followed by bus service. We pride ourselves on providing great benefits, and a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Job Responsibilities:
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls, handling email, files, mailings, and deliveries.

· Visitors and material Gate pass applications.
· Order and maintain office supplies, stock pantries, and ensure equipment is operable.
· Maintain filing system, contacts database, and inventories.
· Help with daily operations of the workshop.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
· Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
· Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
· Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
· Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience as Front Office Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
· Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, and MS Outlook in particular).
· Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., scanners and printers, telephones).
· Familiarity with email scheduling tools, i.e. Outlook calendar.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
· High School graduate; additional qualification as an administrative assistant
