Customer Service / Call Centre Agents for a Call Centre located in
Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
To qualify for this position, you should:
- Be freshly Graduated
- Arab speaking or English speaking
- have 6 months Call Centre experience
- have excellent telephonic manners with customer
- have excellent customer service skills
- ability to listen to customers orders, complaints, or suggestions
- able to work under pressure
- able to answer any questions relating to business
- able to achieve team goals
